Standard Session – $50 Flat fee + 7% IN tax (~$53.40)
- Up to 30 minutes on-site
- Covers small-to-average (1 or 2 bedroom) apartments or homes
- 20–35 edited photos delivered via email within 48 hours

- $50/hour of driving (round trip) for locations more than 20 minutes from Bloomington, IN.
